Be Slim Healthy Living Return Policy
Shipping Policy
All orders from Be Slim Healthy Living are subject to our return policy and are shipped using either USPS, priority mail, or FedEx Ground. Tracking will be available to locate your package in the event of any issues.
Regular delivery time ranges from 3-7 business days, based on your location. Orders received will be shipped by the next business day or even sooner. Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be shipped the following business day. Any order received after noon EST on Friday will be shipped on the subsequent Monday.
Recurring Order Policy
Be Slim Healthy Living provides the option for automatic shipments recurring in 30 or 90-day cycles. This can be selected during check-out. To cancel or alter a recurring order, please contact us at 833-323-7546 or send an email to [email protected]. Cancellation requests must be made 24 hours before the order is scheduled for shipment. All recurring orders receive a 15% discount. If you cancel your recurring order after the first shipment, the previously applied 15% discount will be due.
Be Slim Healthy Living Return Policy
We’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our probiotic and multivitamin supplements. Unopened products with original factory seals intact can be returned within 60 days of the original purchase for either a refund or exchange.
Opened Items Policy
Opened items can be swapped for any other product of equal or lesser value. There will be no extra shipping charges for replacement products. All such exchanges are final.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team. Make sure you have your order number, item name, and reason for the return ready. We’ll issue a unique Return Authorization Number (RAN) for the return. Without this number, we can’t process your return.
Additional Return Policy Information
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from any refund due. If your order involved any promotions like free items or free shipping, the value of those will be subtracted from any amount due back to you upon return.
Missing Shipments and Other Concerns
Should your order not arrive as expected based on tracking information, report the missing shipment as soon as you can, and no later than 7 days from the expected delivery date. For any other order-related issues, like damaged or incorrect items, keep the original packaging and contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receipt.
